The Nokia mobile phone can be used for multimedia and other storage functions. The handset saves all items, such as music and pictures, to a memory card instead of the built-in storage. Memory cards such as a microSD can be locked to prevent unwanted access to your private items. The card cannot be used in any other phone. If you purchased a used card or forgot your password, you can unlock the memory card.
Unlock the Phone
1 - Turn off the phone and insert the memory card into the memory card slot. Turn the phone back on.
2 - Press the “Menu” button on the main screen and click on the option for “Extras.”
3 - Scroll down to the bottom of the list. Click the selection for “Memory Card.”
4 - Select the “Options” icon on the screen. Scroll through the list to the “Unlock Memory Card” option and press “OK.”
5 - Type in the unlock password in the password field. If you do not know the password, the default unlock code is either “12345″ or “1357.”
Delete the Memory Card Password
1 - Turn off the phone and insert the memory card into the memory card slot. Turn the phone back on.
2 - Press the “Menu” button on the main screen and click on the option for “Fun & Apps.”
3 - Navigate to the option for “Gallery” and click on the“OK” button. Scroll to the “Memory Card” item and thenclick on “Options.” Scroll to “Memory Card.”
4 - Click “Delete Password” when the window prompt appears. Make sure the message “Memory card will be unlocked, do you want to continue” appears. Click on the option for “Yes” to confirm.
5 - Scroll down to the password field and enter in the default password. If you do not know the password, the default unlock code is either “12345″ or “1357.” Click “OK” to delete the password from being required.

Another Way

 This trick works only on symbian phones and also only on the phone in which the memory card was locked. It requires a phone explorer software like F explorer or Y Browser.
This method helps you retrieve memory card password from its stored location in the phone Follow these simple steps.
1. Run FExplorer and Open the path C:\system.
2. You will find a file called mmcstore
3. Using F explorer itself copy the file to a location in the memory card or gallery
4. Copy that file(mmcstore) to your pc
5. Rename the file to mmcstore.txt and open that file in notepad.
6. You will find your password in that file
