Cracking is illegally entering a computer or a network and using or destroying its databases.
Hacking
Hacking which is about examinig software applications and operating systems in depth and modifying them to improve their performance,is often described wrongly as cracking
Phishing
It is extracting information on passwords , credit cards, and other secured data by misguiding individuals through malicious actions
